Locally Sauced Wings #Wingsday

There is nothing I enjoy more than supporting local and what could be better than wings tossed in a locally made sauce? Aside from a pair of Jimmy Choo’s, probably nothing.  Ever since I discovered the incredible flavors from Tampa’s own Intensity Academy in December of 2010, I have been mixing it up in the kitchen with their gourmet sauces and enjoying all of my delicious creations. As many of you may or may not know, I bartend at EATS! American Grill in South Tampa and with football season upon us, I decided to sauce up some of our wings with some locally made goodness. Chai Sweet Chili is one of my favorite sauces and ideal for tossing with piping hot wings.

Chai Sweet Chili

Light and sweet with the perfect amount of heat, this sauce has a unique blend of peppers and organic Chai Tea. One bite and you will taste the incredible flavor that made this sauce the winner of the 2012 Golden Chile Award! Perfect as a dipping, stir-fry, roasting or marinade sauce, Chai Sweet Chili is a versatile sauce that is a staple in my kitchen. I decided to bring this to EATS! and toss it with our wings. The result was a spicy and sweet flavor that is finger licking good. This sauce has been a hit so far and I can’t wait to introduce it to customers during football season.

If you are in South Tampa, stop by EATS! American Grill and try some of this incredible sauce with your wings.
